Course Description Considers the development of the police subculture and how that has shaped different strategies for police management; proceeds to examine those basic organizational concepts unique to policing; looks at the different respnsibilites and how to satisfy those responsibilites within the context of policing; studies the image that collective bargaining has on management of police.
