Course Description
Considers the difference in mission and goals beteween juvenile and nonjuvenile courts; focuses on how this court's different mission reflects society's views towards the care and mangement of juveniles; looks at situations where juveniles can and do face the possiblity of prosecution in traditianal courts and looks at the roles that different actors can play in processing juveniles; it then considers how many of the new issues a society faces first come to attention of society through juvenile court proceedings.


Penn Foster College requires a Proctored Final Exam. Proctor Final Exam requests are made by submitting the Proctor Form after the student submits the first course assignment.
