Course Description
Health I is an introduction to high school health curriculum topics. Healthy lifestyles, development, sexual activity, infectious and noninfectious diseases, alcohol, illegal drugs, and tobacco use are discussed. There will also be a general review of sports injury causes and treatment procedures. The course will wrap up with personal safety and proper use of communication during adolescence and adulthood.
