Course Description
Fundamentals of Math HS builds strong foundational skills in order of operations, real number operations, and their role in simplifying and solving linear expressions and equations. Linear inequalities, their solutions, and their applications are discussed before graphs of linear equations are introduced and a thorough exploration of slope commences. Lessons are included on ratios, proportions, probability, and statistics before the course concludes with an integration of algebra with geometry as well as a basic introduction to polygons and their areas.
