Course Description
This course is an overview of concepts on
business research methods covering
variables, types of variables, literature
review, conceptual framework, research
questions, hypothesis, research design:
elements of research design, concepts of
measurement; reliability and validity in
measurement; survey research methods
review; secondary data sources;
questionnaire design; qualitative
techniques; sampling technique, data
collecting, data coding, and data analysis.

Penn Foster College requires a Proctored Final Exam. Proctor Final Exam requests are made by submitting the Proctor Form after the student submits the first course assignment.
