Course Description
French II builds upon what was presented in French I. Students will work with the French language through in-depth lessons, participate in thoughtful forum discussions, and learn to interpret and produce the language in both written and oral form. New vocabulary topics explored include clothing, fashion, daily routines, directions, traveling, gift giving, denotscriptions of people, other countries, large numbers, the weather, food and dining, grocery shopping, and making plans. By the end of the course, students will be able to use the present tense, the past tense for events, and the immediate future construction.
