Course Description This course provides an important understanding of Earth's many physical and chemical processes as well as a look into its history. Earth's biomes, continental drift, plate tectonics, rocks and minerals, fossils, volcanoes, and earthquakes are highlighted. Students will have the opportunity to research significant events impacting the planet and predict geological routines based on acquired knowledge. The study of weather is integrated with meteorology to provide the student with observable patterns which can be analyzed.
