Course Description Students will be introduced to the Spanish language through in-depth lessons, participate in thoughtful forum discussions, and learn to interpret and produce the language in both written and oral form. Vocabulary topics explored include introductions, family relationships, telling time, morning routine, places around town, weather, sports/leisure activities, food, body parts, illnesses, and clothing. Grammar topics explored include noun/adjective agreement, commands, present tense verb conjugation, stem changing verbs, reflexive verbs, present progressive tense, simple future tense, direct object pronouns, and demonstrative adjectives. These vocabulary and grammar topics combined with cultural exploration make this course a dynamic, comprehensive beginner level Spanish course. Self Paced Scheduling Information Complete Courses - Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 9 months - 1/2 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 4 months - 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 2 months Abbreviated Courses - Abbreviated Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 60 days. - Abbreviated 1/2 and 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 30 days.
