Course Description Anatomy and Physiology takes students through an examination of the human body at the microscopic and macroscopic levels. The course starts with an overview of general science skills before moving into anatomy topics. The major body systems are covered from the integument to the excretory system and each body system includes an examination of its macroscopic features, microscopic workings, as well as the effects of age and disease to fully explore form and function. Student skills and knowledge are further developed through essay writing, class discussion forums, and interactive laboratories. Self Paced Scheduling Information Complete Courses - Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 9 months - 1/2 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 4 months - 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 2 months Abbreviated Courses - Abbreviated Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 60 days. - Abbreviated 1/2 and 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 30 days.
