Course Demo Password - Password required to sample participating education provider's distance learning courses, if any.

Course Demo User ID - User ID required to sample participating education provider's distance learning courses, if any.

Course Description - Participating education provider's sample course overview.

Course Fee - Cost to register for the course; including support from Educere's Personal Learning Coach. Course Materials Cost is an additional cost.

Course Materials - Textbooks and other items required for the course.

Course Materials Cost - Estimated cost of textbooks and other items required for the course.

Course Number - Participating education provider's course identifier.

Course Overview - General information related to the course.

Credits - Number of participating education provider credits or certificate earned by student upon successful completion of course.

Delivery Method - Manner in which the distance learning is supplied to the student.

Education Level - Education level of the course. (i.e. College 4-Year, College 2-Year, Certificate, High School, High School AP {Advanced Placement}, Middle School, and Elementary School)

Educere Application - Educere registration form that must be completed by all students to enroll in a course; including student and parent or guardian signatures. Form must be submitted to Educere.

Fax All Forms To - Number for facsimile transmission of registration forms to Educere.

Help - Student's access to assistance related to the course.

Institution - Name of participating education provider delivering the course.

Institution Accreditation - Link to the accreditation webpage of the participating education provider delivering the course.

Institution Description - Webpage link to an overview of participating education provider delivering the course.

Institution Registration - Link to participating education provider's enrollment form that must be completed and signed by all students; and in some cases signed by a parent or guardian. Form must be submitted to Educere.

Institution Website - Link to the homepage of the participating education provider delivering the course.

Internet Delivery Method - Internet courses are available to any student with access to an Internet connection. Typical features could include an online syllabus, calendar, streaming video or audio lectures, lecture notes, threaded discussions, chat room, exams, grades, email and resource links. Generally, there are also textbooks, and in some cases supplementary materials. Some courses may require a proctored, offline final examination.

Order Materials - Link to the participating education provider's bookstore homepage that can be used by students to purchase materials required for the course. Students may choose to purchase materials from any vendor.

Other Information - Other important information that may be unique to a participating education provider or course.

Personal Learning Coachâ„¢ - Professional with training in the educational field who provides assistance related to the course to students.

PLC Email - Email address to access the Personal Learning Coachâ„¢ providing assistance to students.

Policies and FAQs - Link to participating education provider's Policies or Frequently Asked Question webpage.

Prerequisites - Courses that must be completed by students prior to enrollment in a particular course.

Print & Internet Delivery Method - Print & Internet courses use print-based course materials specially developed for distance learning, along with required textbooks. In many cases assignments are submitted via email and in some cases only by mail. To show what you have learned, you submit assignments or projects to your instructor, and in most courses, sit for a proctored final examination.

Registration Due Date - Final day registrations forms must be received by Educere for a student to enroll in a course for a particular semester.

Registration Forms - Forms that must be submitted to Educere to enroll in a course (i.e. Educere Application, Institution Registration, and sometimes, Institution Student Release and/or Institution Transcript Request).

Registration Information - Overview of how to register for a course.

Registration Instructions - Link to detailed instructions of how to register for course.

Schedule - Period of the year when the course will be delivered. (i.e. Fall, Spring, Summer or Self-Paced).

Schedule End Date - Specific day the course finishes. Students must finish the course by this date.

Schedule Start Date - Specific day the course begins. Students must start the course on the date.

Self-Paced Schedule - Students may enroll in the course at anytime. Depending on the institution delivering the course students have certain amount of time from the date of enrollment to complete your course. Students set their own pace scheduling coursework around other commitments.

Semester-Based Schedule - The course is delivered during a specific period of the year, such as the Fall, Spring, and/or Summer term, with well-defined start and end dates. Students work independently, but typically proceed through the course interacting with a group of other students. Generally, assignments, projects, quizzes, exams and other requirements must be completed and submitted on explicit dates.

Special Attendance Requirement - Unique aspects of a particular course that make the presence of students mandatory on a specific day and time, if any.

Student Release - Link to participating education provider's student release form, if any. Form must be submitted to Educere if included with Registration Forms for a particular course.

Subject - Course general area of study.

Syllabus - Link to the participating education provider's sample description of the course.

Technology Requirements - Link to the participating education provider's webpage describing the technology necessary to take the course.

Transcript Request - Link to participating education provider's transcript request form necessary for students and schools to receive the participating education provider's official transcript. Students may be required to submit this form to Educere, along with Registration Forms, if indicated as such in the Registration Instructions.
