Course Description Have you ever looked around and saw buildings, bridges, or other outdoor facilities that were breathtaking? If so, you might be interested in taking this on-line course. We are going to explore, research, and ultimately construct structures with various engineering techniques. You see, engineering is the “process†of creating and testing new ideas to make the world a better place. Engineers design many things. Some design computer applications, combustion engines, roadways, and electronics.
Delivery Method Prerequisites Algebra skills (formula solving, substitution, and evaluation,) basic geometry knowledge (shapes, areas, visualization of cross-sections) Course Materials Virtual High School will have course materials, if any, shipped directly to students. While there is no additional cost for course materials, there is an additional charge for shipping. Students are required to return such course materials to course instructor upon completion of the course. |
