Course Description Examines issues involved in the search and arrest of individuals as well as issues dealing with self-incrimination and access to counsel through the lens of the Bill of Rights protections that focus on prosecution; presents the rationale underlying decisions like the Miranda warning and the Terry stop and frisk.
