Course Description Looks at the relationship amoung the three main actors - the judiciary, the defense and the prosecution - involved in a prosecution; starting from an overview of the basic structures of courts, the course will then look to the successive steps involved in prosecutions; covers plea bargains, trials, juries, sentencing, and appeals.
