Course Description This course instructs students on how to help people work better within an organization. Students will be able to discuss the history of industrial and organizational (I/O) psychology and identify major activities of I/O psychologists. They’ll also learn about the relationship between individual workers and the organizations they work for, as well as the social context of the work performed. Finally, they’ll learn how to assess jobs, performance, and people and select and train employees.
