Course Description The 4th Grade Health & Physical Education Portfolio combines a semester of PE with a semester of Health, all in a fun, online workbook format. Students choose their own physical education activities while completing worksheets on the human body. Some of the health topics covered include: self-esteem, friendship, growing up, emotions, importance of rest and sleep, nutrition, safety, families, and the effects of tobacco. Note: this course may be required for state health curriculum standards. Delivery Method Other Information One time start-up fee: $1,950- includes coordinator training (2-3 hours phone training for up to 3 people), database set-up and the first year of technical support.
