Course Description
Thirty-six online lessons integrate the core subjects of English, Science, and Social Studies. Students learn about such varied subjects as ancient art, Leonardo da Vinci, the rainforests, and Egypt. Assignments regularly include creative-writing projects.

Course Description:

The sixth grade online curriculum is a rich blend of art, culture, science,
history, geography and imagination-building activities. Students visit some
of the world's greatest museums, and "travel" to exotic places like Tibet and
Egypt while learning geography. They learn about different cultures
through their mythologies, engaging in creative writing activities. Students
study the solar system, coming back to Earth to learn about whales, spiders,
birds, ancient man, cells and a host of other fascinating facts.
