Course Description French, year 2, builds on the content and grammar principles used in the French Power-Glide Ultimate 1 program. Grammar includes pronouns with finite and infinite verbs, use of negative voice, verb distinctions, reflexive pronouns, various verb tenses and natural versus arbitrary gender. This course is completely online, using sound files. It meets state standards and is based on the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Language (ACTFL) standards. Students will need access to speakers for the sound files, which can be retrieved via a variety of media players (Mp3, Real Player, Windows Media Player, Quick- Time).
