Course Description
This is a science course designed to incorporate Earth Science, Biology, Ecology, Botany and Chemistry into a meaningful array of topics surrounding the environment. Students will develop a familiarization with current regional and global environmental problems and potential solutions utilizing the World Wide Web. Some of the topics covered include: biodiversity population dynamics, resource management, weather and "greenhouse" effects, global warming, endangered species, geological hazards, and air, water and soil pollution.
