Course Description Do you wonder why too much salt makes your blood pressure increase? Do you wonder why thin women are more likely to have osteoporosis than heavier women or than men? You'll discover these answers and answers to other questions about your body's function in this course that will cover human anatomy and physiology from the viewpoint of those parts of the body that are major players in keeping the body stable.
Delivery Method Prerequisites Familiarity with an Internet browser, understanding of basic biology, ability to read and write on grade level. Course Materials Virtual High School will have course materials, if any, shipped directly to students. While there is no additional cost for course materials, there is an additional charge for shipping. Students are required to return such course materials to course instructor upon completion of the course. |
