Personal information is also collected through the registration information and forms (i.e. Educere Student Application, Institution Registration, Student Release, Transcript Release, etc.) required to enroll in a service, including but not limited to programs and courses, or product through Educere. In order for student to register for a service, the parent or guardian of the student must validate the registration by agreeing to or signing the Educere Student Application form. By agreeing to or signing the Educere Student Application, the parent or guardian of the student, grants Educere, including but not limited to the Educere Personal Learning Coach™, permission to access the student’s education record and to transfer information and collaborate with the student, parent/guardian, school, and Participating Education Provider regarding the student’s education record and performance in a course delivered to the student through Educere.
