Course Description
This class will focus on the history and development of the United States Constitutional Legal system. We will be looking at selected cases and seeing the lasting effect that they had in the legal and political world.

The primary focus will be on the basic principles, the judicial system and judicial/political behavior. In order to achieve this students will read and listening to condensed versions of selected cases.

You don't need to be a lawyer to understand this class, just an interest in the law. This class promises to be enjoyable with individual as well as group projects which explore the Supreme Court.
